Material

Warman® AH® horizontal centrifugal pumps contain a ductile-iron outer casing, high-chrome white-iron impeller and high-chrome white-iron or elastomer wear liners.

Features and Benefits

🔧 Reliable

Warman® AH® heavy-duty slurry pumps contain a cartridge-style bearing assembly that allows maintenance to be performed in a clean environment without removal of the pump. This results in more reliable operation and prolonged bearing life.

🛡️ Long Wear and Service Life

This series of high-pressure centrifugal pumps contain a ductile-iron, fully-lined casing for enhanced durability, strength and safety. When fitted with WRT® technology, wear performance is enhanced with impellers proven to last significantly longer than polyurethane or steel impellers.

⚡ Efficient, Sustainable and Cost-Effective

Large, open internal passages and large-diameter, slow-turning, high-efficiency impellers reduce internal velocities, maximise wear life and reduce operating costs. The patented WRT® impeller and throatbush combination enhances efficiency and improves wear performance.

💰 Low Operating Costs

The effective expeller prolongs packing life while reducing or eliminating flush water requirements. An optional dry running shaft seal reduces or eliminates flush water — suitable for mines with limited access to water.

🔩 Ease of Maintenance

Thick elastomer or alloy bolt-in liners provide superior corrosion resistance and ease of liner change-out. Interchangeable seal arrangements (full-flush, low-flow, centrifugal, or mechanical seals) can be fitted to pumps of all sizes.

✅ Improved Safety

An outer casing acts as secondary containment if internal liners wear out, preventing catastrophic failure. The outer casing provides overall structural strength, allowing inner liners to be worn to their fullest without compromising pressure rating.

Why Choose Compatible Replacement Parts?

🛡️ Wear-Resistant Materials

Made from cutting-edge wear-resistant materials including high-chrome alloys (A05, A07) and premium elastomers (R08, R26, R33) for improved reliability.

⚡ Greater Efficiency

Greater efficiency and wear life resulting in lower CO₂ emissions and total cost of ownership compared to non-genuine parts.

⏱️ Predictable Lifespan

More predictable lifespans compared to non-genuine counterparts. Less localised wear from gaps between liners and excessive vibration.

🏭 Quality Manufacturing

Built in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with proprietary moulding, high quality casting, and specific heat treatment. ISO 9001 certified.

💰 30-70% Below OEM

Significant cost savings vs OEM pricing while meeting the same material and performance specifications. Every order includes spectroscopy report.

🔧 Reduced Downtime

Interchangeable seal arrangements (full-flush, low-flow, centrifugal, or mechanical seals). Bolt-in liners for easy change-out on all frame sizes.
