Warman® AH® horizontal centrifugal pumps contain a ductile-iron outer casing, high-chrome white-iron impeller and high-chrome white-iron or elastomer wear liners.
Warman® AH® heavy-duty slurry pumps contain a cartridge-style bearing assembly that allows maintenance to be performed in a clean environment without removal of the pump. This results in more reliable operation and prolonged bearing life.
This series of high-pressure centrifugal pumps contain a ductile-iron, fully-lined casing for enhanced durability, strength and safety. When fitted with WRT® technology, wear performance is enhanced with impellers proven to last significantly longer than polyurethane or steel impellers.
Large, open internal passages and large-diameter, slow-turning, high-efficiency impellers reduce internal velocities, maximise wear life and reduce operating costs. The patented WRT® impeller and throatbush combination enhances efficiency and improves wear performance.
The effective expeller prolongs packing life while reducing or eliminating flush water requirements. An optional dry running shaft seal reduces or eliminates flush water — suitable for mines with limited access to water.
Thick elastomer or alloy bolt-in liners provide superior corrosion resistance and ease of liner change-out. Interchangeable seal arrangements (full-flush, low-flow, centrifugal, or mechanical seals) can be fitted to pumps of all sizes.
An outer casing acts as secondary containment if internal liners wear out, preventing catastrophic failure. The outer casing provides overall structural strength, allowing inner liners to be worn to their fullest without compromising pressure rating.
