We offer a comprehensive array of ESCO® wear protection packages for buckets and equipment used in mining, construction and aggregate markets. Wear protection can be custom-engineered to match the application. ESCO® wear materials can also be fitted onto other manufacturers' buckets and equipment.
Packages include Kwik-Lok® cast wear runners, ESCO® AR plate liners and wear strips, Infinity® bi-metallic buttons and blocks (chrome white iron), cast corner wear shoes and Toplok® lip and wing shrouds.
Cast, heavy-duty wear runners in a variety of profiles sized for easy handling and placement where needed most — including high-impact locations. Suitable for flat or curved surfaces, the system features a one-piece lock for safer and faster replacement.
Highly abrasion-resistant chrome white iron (CWI) is attached to a mild steel backing to allow welding in place. Ideally suited to protect high-wear areas on buckets. Available in a variety of sizes and shapes to match the application.
Slim-profile, cast Toplok® lip and wing shrouds provide quick replacement with an easy-to-use mechanical lock. Uses a weld-on boss for stabilisation and does not require holes in the lip or wings, which reduces the chance of cracking.
Solid, cast steel wear shoes protect the bottom bucket corners in heavy abrasion applications. The shoes are welded in place and maximise bucket life.
Premium ESCO® AR400 and AR500 plate wear packages are available for all ESCO® construction excavator buckets.
ESCO® Infinity® chrome white iron and tungsten carbide overlay materials extend steel component wear life. Available in four chemistries — E3, E3X, E3CX and E3XP — applied in specific patterns that improve performance as they wear.
Wear tiles with 700 Brinell chrome white iron (CWI) with mild steel backing. Available in custom sizes with full mild steel jacket, or bolt-on version with no backing.
Premium chromium carbide applied to a mild steel backing plate. Best suited for extreme abrasion and low to medium impact. Can be cut and formed to fit any surface profile.
